OmniJoin™ meeting hosts can easily record their web meetings. The Record &
Playback feature can be very useful for those who could not attend your meeting,
for archival purposes (e.g., to document a vendor meeting), or for online training
purposes for later playback on demand.
- It’s Easy - Just click the “Meeting” tab and
you will see the “Record Meeting” tool button. Click the button to see
recording options such as recording size and file name.
- Everything Gets Recorded – Web. VoIP. Video Conference. When you
record an OmniJoin™ web meeting, everything gets recorded – all VoIP audio,
multiparty video, and all items being shared that are visible on the display screen*.
- Industry Standard Recording Format - The output is an industry
standard MP4 file. This format is easy to edit using a variety of editing tools
and multimedia suites. Unlike other conferencing solutions, there are no manual
conversion steps involved.
FREE Cloud-Based Storage
OmniJoin™ web conferencing
include at least 1GB of free cloud-based storage. Your OmniJoin™ recordings
are automatically stored in the cloud. The meeting host has the option of downloading
their recordings for local editing and off-line storage, or changing the access
rights so they are publicly accessible. This makes the process of conference recording
and publicly posting your media files much easier.
